I'm trying my best to get everything done without getting overly stressed. Here is what's been happening at the Novak household:
...and finally...
Also, I have one of the charity tree skirts back and I am binding it now. I'll be ready to auction when the last one arrives, but it doesn't look like it will be before Christmas. Would you bid on a Christmas quilt for charity after Christmas has passed??

Great job! I just got a quilt back from Margaret, too! I had a Turning 20 quilt top I made ages ago. That will be bound post-holidays, though my daughter has already slept under it once.
Love the christmas quilt with the white like that! might go and do something similar with my blocks and make a lapquilt out of it (with some additional blocks of course too...).
So totally not had the time to do anything yet but it has been on my mind! Just love the way you have done that one!!
Wow you have been busy!!! Love the quilt, its so festive. Great idea for the preschool teachers. Been wanting to try yoyos are, but a little scaried as I dont have a yoyo maker. Thanks for sharing!
Merry Christmas!
Eeeeek! I LOVE your aqua bells -- they're adorable -- don't you love them??? And that quilt! Ohmygosh -- I can't wait to see it all done -- love the fussy cut squares. Cute shot of Jaxon and his sushi too!
Sew much eye candy in this post! Love all of it (well, maybe not the sushi! LOL)...
Merry Christmas to you and a fabulously fun filled New Year!
OK. I admit the aqua bells are better than the red Walgreen's specials.
How did the letter to Santa work out for you?
wow, how productive! I love those bells, I have been decorating a lot of christmas-y stuff in blue this year.
Your Christmas quilt is GORGEOUS! I love that you placed a star and tree here and there. Wonderful!
You've been busy!
Have a happy and safe holiday!
Merry Christmas! And yes, I would bid on the quilt, there is always next Christmas!
Your scrappy Christmas quilt is fabulous! Thanks for posting about the button necklace!
is that a star wars quilt there? That's wonderful. Hope you had a wonderful holiday and happy 2010!
Hi there! I'm Marigold from Hideous! Dreadful! Stinky! and I did the tutorial for the yo-yo-necklace that you mentioned in this post. I've *just* started a Flickr pool for completed projects based on and/or inspired by my tutorials and blog entries, and I'd love to have you post your completed necklace in the pool. The Flickr group can be found here: http://www.flickr.com/groups/1309748@N20/
Thanks so much, and I hope to see your project in the group!
